EUROPEAN REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT TRUST LIMITED (the "Company")

Voting Rights and Capital as at 24 July 2017

In conformity with the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules (DTR 5.6.1), the Company notifies that the Company's issued share capital consists of 4,088,366 participating shares ("Shares") further to the redemption of 3,646,955 Shares effected on 21 July 2017. None of these shares are held in Treasury, therefore, the total number of shares with voting rights in the Company is 4,088,366.

This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules (DTR 5.1.2)

With effect from today the Shares will trade under the new ISIN number GG00BF7LFN84.

It is expected that the proceeds of the redemption will be paid through CREST to holders of Shares in uncertificated form within 5 Business Days of the Redemption Date.

It is expected that the proceeds of the redemption will be paid by cheque to holders of Shares in certificated form within 5 Business Days of the Redemption Date.

Shareholders will be paid the redemption proceeds in sterling. It is currently expected that the proceeds of redemption will be paid through CREST or by cheque (at the recipient's risk).
