Continuation Vote

The rolling 12 month discount floor provision for the Company's shares has now been triggered. In accordance with the Company's Articles of Association, this requires a continuation vote to be proposed by way of ordinary resolution. The Articles further provide that the Board must put forward such continuation vote within four months of the discount floor provision being triggered.

The Board expects to post a circular to shareholders by the end of February 2012 to convene a meeting to be held in March 2012 at which the continuation vote will be proposed.
