Total Voting Rights

In accordance with the FSA Disclosure and Transparency rules, the Company notifies the market of the following:

As at 31 May 2011, the Company's issued share capital consisted of 167,008,505 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"), with voting rights. The Company held no Ordinary Shares in Treasury.

The total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights is therefore 167,808,505. The voting rights of all the Ordinary Shares are identical.

The figure above of 167,808,505 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
