Holdings in Company

Coal of Africa Limited (the "Company") was notified on 29 September 2015 by Haohua Energy International (Hong Kong) Resource Co. Ltd. (HEI), that as at 15 September 2015, HEI held 462,417,579 ordinary shares of nil par value each in the Company, representing 24 per cent of the Company's issued share capital at that date.

The shareholding decreased by 2.52 per cent following the recent shareholder approved share placement of 183,231,261 additional shares issued to Yishun Brightrise Investment PTE Limited on the 18th of September 2015.
