Coventry Building Society announces the issue of GBP400,000,000 1.500 per cent. Senior Preferred Notes due 23 January 2023 (the Notes) under its GBP5,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme. The Notes, which are rated A2 by Moody's Investors Services Limited and A- by Fitch Ratings Limited, have been listed on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange. The proceeds of the issue of Notes will be used for general corporate purposes.
