20 January 2007, Singer & Friedlander Investment Management Limited has an 
indirect interest in 4,259,208 ordinary shares representing 6.18% of the voting 
rights in the Company. The ordinary shares to which the notification relates 
are registered in the name of Sinjul Nominees Limited.

The ordinary shares referred to above are the ordinary shares of 1 pence each 
in the Company.
