2004 and 01 June 2004, Eaglet Investment Trust plc purchased 70,000 shares and
is now interested in a total of 819,000 ordinary 2p shares, representing 8.069%
of the issued share capital of the Company. The shareholding is held in the name
of HSBC Global Custody Nominees Ltd.
