My favorite part about iHub and OTC stocks in general is that no one actually reads anything. No research. No logics. No connecting the dots. 🤣😂
It's always the "paid basher's" and "shorter's." That's all it ever is - just excuses. So, they don't have to believe in reality.
I realized now this board lives on the idea of "hope." Maybe, the airship here can run on hopium instead of helium. Seems way more fitting. 🤣
Go read the annual report folks. It's right in their what this company really is. Which is a SCAM and JUNK.
From the annual report:
The company is working on current proposed projects with Central American countries with anticipated start dates in 2021
That was 4 years ago! 😂
Airships have undergone surprisingly little evolution, and this makes the proprietary designs of the Company so desirable to government and commercial customers.
So, you are saying that the "designs" and "technology" that was created by 21st Century Airships in the 80's and 90's hasn't changed? 🤣
So, if the technology hasn't changed much then why would it all of sudden be "the next big aviation" revolution in defense, telecommunications and disaster relief? After 3 decades?
We currently have our commercial/government Disaster Relief DATT Airship model under construction at our Wewahitchka facility.
This was said in every annual report since 2021! 4 years ago! 🤣
They even use the same image of the airship since 2021 annual report. 🤣

If this post proves anything, it's that Mike Lawson has been doing this exact type of work for a very long, at least since the 90s. Yes, he has failed business wise, but does that mean he won't succeed this time? Possibly. I actually liked the pictures of the baseball and soccer airships, quite creative. The "customers" this time around are foreign military who do not have operational satellites and are looking for ways to better secure their border. This type of product is perfect for them.

You're obviously a paid basher or have other short interests.
I've been called paid basher, shorter and AI (that's a new one for me.) 🤣
I can say I am none of those.
Why else would you be saying things your ignorant about especially on a penny stock.
Oh no, I know very much what I am talking about. 🤣
I see you lost your money here. That's not my fault. Otherwise, you wouldn't keep telling me to go away.
UMAV is a scam. It's junk.
Michael Lawson, the CEO of this "company" was involved in two other private companies called Techsphere Systems International LLC and Cyber Defense Systems, Inc.
Michael D. Lawson is currently the Director, Chief Executive & Financial Officer at UAV Corp. He also holds a position at De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek NV. Previously, he served as the President & Chief Executive Officer at Techsphere Systems International LLC. Additionally, he was a Director at Cyber Defense Systems, Inc. from 2006 to 2008.

Those two businesses were involved with building airships. Both are out of business now.
Hot air balloon and airship entrepreneur Hokan Colting founded 21st Century Airships, Inc. in 1988 in Newmarket, Ontario, Canada, with an original goal of developing a non-rigid airship that was simpler to operate with a smaller ground crew than contemporary blimps. His early efforts focused on a spherical airship design concept, which he patented in Canada and the US, and with which he set several airship altitude records, some of which still stand in 2021. 21st Century Airships licensed Techsphere Systems International LLC (TSI) in 2002 to manufacture spherical airships. TSI built several large prototypes under their trademarked name AeroSphere and conducted flight tests for potential commercial (Sanswire), government (Department of Homeland Security) and military (Navy and Army) customers. No version of the spherical airship entered production. TSI was acquired by Cyber Defense Systems, Inc. on 20 September 2005. TSI and their parent company, Cyber Defense Systems, Inc., are no longer in business.

Starting to make sense now? 🤣

People here are being fooled.
This company isn't going to go anywhere, anytime soon. The market for these things is incredibly small. Especially if your only in the market for disaster relief, defense or climate observations.
Read this article and you will all see why:
https://www.cnn.com/travel/article/flying-whales-airships-hnk-spc-intl/index.html
Here's an excerpt:
“There’s no such thing as a small airship,” says Prentice. Companies need to invest in giant workshop spaces, and prototypes need to be tested, altered, and re-tested successfully before a commercial production line can even be considered, he says.
There are way more advanced builders that are ahead of this company. They don't have anything special that these other companies won't/can't do. And more importantly they are not OTC stocks!
Look at the companies like HAV (Hybrid Air Vehicles) or Flying Whales (company in France) or LTA Research (Founded by Sergey Brin - Google founder).
Never mind the other companies that don't have anything to do with helium-based airships but a completely different piece of UAV technology.
This company is incredibly niche. Needs a lot of capital. And a lot of time.

Yes that's correct they get the money when contracts are signed
Ya got a link to this?? Thanks..
from the contracting world I was in, folks were paid post delivery
or for developments, they were paid for achieving MILESTONES stipulated
in the contract. The milestones were based on achieving advancements in the design
necessary to validate what was done to that point, needed to support taking the next step.
Since some of these contracts were 5 years in length due to the complexity or novelty of the
idea, couldn't expect the ones ''trying' to fund it all by themselves.
But we didn't use a 'production' (different than a design/develop one) contract that resulted in payment
until the finished product was produced, tested and delivered.

Time to just sit back and relax cause this is going to take some
time.
-they have to 'confirm/prove' to the buyers that it can do what they say it will.
May/June timeframe for the next 'test' if that comment is accurate. And they
are ready to execute it.
-then they have to ramp up the capability to produce them. And according to this
article/timeline, they are looking at into later in 2026 for delivery??
https://finance.yahoo.com/news/uav-corp-present-critical-inflation-170600100.html
UAV Corp Expands Production Infrastructure to Meet Growing Demand
To support upcoming deliveries by late 2026
-then there will be the need for cash to finance this capability/materials.
So unless those LOIs include what we who have been in the contracting
world call MILESTONE payments?? They will have to raise the cash thru
loans, partnerships ugh), ATMs (dilution)
-then of course, their desire to get listed on the NASD so the market will
pay attention to them which they need to get their share price up/held up.
We know what that is likely to entail so no need to expound on that is there.
Yep, time to stake out a position, with cash you can afford to let ride and admit,
this is going to be a long term 'project' for them and those who hold the shares.
I have 500,000 now, wonder what that number will be after they get serious about
uplisting to the NASD.. My guess will be around 5000 valued at $1.7 using todays
price.. (smile)
Good luck.. time to be 'really' patient... and hope they can get to at least 10 cents before
they get to the serious about uplisting phase..

UMAV is junk. This ticker isn't worth 2 cents.
I have no idea how this isn't sub penny yet. But it will be soon. Price is going to drop big.
There is nothing here. Except for a helium based airship that they "inflation tested."🤣
This isn't 1783 with the hot air ballon nor 1937 with the Hindenburg. It's 2025.🤣
There are numerous companies that have superior technology, deep pockets and more contacts in the government contract space. Who else would buy these things? 🤣 There are 35,000 drone patents or drone-related patents.
People actually think they are going to build, sell, service and innovate helium-based airships for defense, disaster and climate observations?
You need a lot of capital (dilution). You need a lot of time.
Traders and dealers in the OTC don't want to see any of that. OTC is about trading.
All in good time. The music will stop and the chairs will be gone.
