DIRECTORS'/PDMR INTERESTS IN SHARES 
 
 
The Company has been advised that 957 shares have been purchased at GBP7.33 
under the Company's All Employee Share Ownership Plan (AESOP) which total 
included seventeen shares for each of Lord Harris, Mr M Harris, Mr C. Sollesse 
and Mr N. Page. 
 
Also included in the purchase were seventeen shares for Mrs Sollesse.  Shares 
purchased for Mrs Sollesse form part of Mr Sollesse's beneficial interest below.
