DIRECTORS'/PDMR INTERESTS IN SHARES 
 
 
The Company has been advised that on 12 June 2009, 1,206 shares were allocated 
at GBP6.40 under the Company's All Employee Share Ownership Plan ("AESOP") which 
total included 19 shares for each for Lord Harris, Mr M Harris and Mr C Sollesse 
and 20 shares for Mr N Page. 
 
 
Also included in the allocation were 19 shares for Mrs Caroline Sollesse. Shares 
allocated to Mrs Sollesse form part of Mr Sollesse's beneficial interest, below.
