DIRECTORS'/PDMR INTERESTS IN SHARES 
 
 
 
 
The Company has been advised that on 12 May 2009, 1,270 shares were allocated at 
GBP6.16 under the Company's All Employee Share Ownership Plan ("AESOP") which 
total included 21 shares for each for Lord Harris and Mr C Sollesse and 20 
shares each for Mr M Harris and Mr N Page. 
 
 
Also included in the allocation were 20 shares for Mrs Caroline Sollesse. Shares 
allocated to Mrs Sollesse form part of Mr Sollesse's beneficial interest, below.
