DIRECTORS'/PDMR INTERESTS IN SHARES

On 22 February 2007 the Company was advised that 1,150 shares were allocated at
#11.99 in respect of dividend reinvestment under the Company's All Employee
Share Ownership Plan (AESOP) which total included 18 shares for each of
Lord Harris, Mr J Kitching and Mr C Sollesse, nine shares for Mr M Harris and
one share for Mr Kenyon.

Also included in the allocation were 13 shares for Mrs Caroline Sollesse. Shares
purchased for Mrs Sollesse form part of Mr Sollesse's beneficial interest,
below.

The beneficial shareholdings for these directors are now:

Lord Harris                      15,874,661               (23.62%)
M Harris                            873,297                (1.26%)
I Kenyon                              2,573               (0.004%)
J Kitching                          671,139                (0.99%)
C Sollesse                           27,778                (0.04%)

AESOP shares were also allocated to Persons Discharging Managerial
