DIRECTORS'/PDMR INTERESTS IN SHARES


The Company has been advised that on 26 September 2006 1,820 shares were
allocated at #11.55 in respect of dividend reinvestment under the Company's All
Employee Share Ownership Plan (AESOP) which total included 27 shares for each of
Lord Harris, Mr J Kitching, and Mr C Sollesse and 13 shares for Mr M Harris.


Also included in the allocation were 3 shares for Mrs Caroline Sollesse. Shares
purchased for Mrs Sollesse form part of Mr Sollesse's beneficial interest,
below.


The beneficial shareholdings for these directors are now:
