DIRECTORS' INTERESTS IN SHARES

On 13 February 2006, 1,127 shares were allocated at #10.69 under the Company's
All Employee Share Ownership Plan which total included 12 shares for each of
Lord Harris, Mr J Kitching and Mr C Sollesse and 11 shares for Mr M Harris.

Also included in the purchase were 12 shares purchased for Mrs Caroline
Sollesse. Shares purchased for Mrs Sollesse form part of Mr Sollesse's
beneficial interest, below.

The beneficial shareholdings for these directors are now:
