DIRECTORS'/PDMR INTERESTS IN SHARES

On 15 November 2005 we were advised that 1,405 shares had been allocated at
#9.15 under the Company's All Employee Share Ownership Plan which total included
13 shares for each of Lord Harris and Mr C Sollesse and 14 shares for Mr M
Harris and Mr J Kitching.

Also included in the purchase were 13 shares purchased for Mrs Caroline
Sollesse. Shares purchased for Mrs Sollesse form part of Mr Sollesse's
beneficial interest, below.

The beneficial shareholdings for these directors are now:

Lord Harris             16,016,891               (23.62%)
M Harris                   856,459                (1.26%)
J Kitching                 670,903                (0.99%)
C Sollesse                  17,370                (0.03%)

AESOP shares were also purchased for Persons Discharging Managerial
Responsibilities, as follows:
