DIRECTORS'/PDMR INTERESTS IN SHARES

On 11 October 2005 the Company was advised that 2,092 shares were allocated at
#8.77 in respect of dividend reinvestment under the Company's All Employee Share
Ownership Plan which total included 27 shares for each of Lord Harris, Mr J
Kitching, and Mr C Sollesse and 12 shares for Mr M Harris.

Also included in the allocation were 18 shares for Mrs Caroline Sollesse. Shares
purchased for Mrs Sollesse form part of Mr Sollesse's beneficial interest,
below.

The beneficial shareholdings for these directors are now:

M Harris                                          856,431                (1.26%)
J Kitching                                        670,889                (0.99%)
