DIRECTORS' INTERESTS IN SHARES

On 12 May 2005, 1,670 shares were allocated at #8.17 under the Company's All
Employee Share Ownership Plan which total included 15 shares for each of
Lord Harris, Mr J Kitching, and Mr C Sollesse and 16 shares for Mr M Harris and
Mr D Shapland.

Also included in the purchase were 15 shares purchased for Mrs Caroline
Sollesse. Shares purchased for Mrs Sollesse form part of Mr Sollesse's
beneficial interest, below.
