It is confirmed that all of the resolutions put to the Company's
shareholders at the AGM held yesterday were duly passed on a show
of hands.
Copies of the 2016 AGM Ordinary and Special Resolutions will be
submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and available for
inspection at www.hemscott.com/nsm.do.
