was notified on 24(th) November 2011 that Peter Gaze, a Director of the Company, acquired an additional 30,000 ordinary shares in the Company on 23(rd) November 2011 at an average price of 17.25 pence per share.

His total beneficial holding in the Company following this acquisition increased to 918,638 ordinary shares representing 0.9 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
