This month's calculations include an estimated EUR (273,135.86) of net 
cash outflow in the month (to be allocated between capital and income), which 
equates to EUR (0.0022583) or USD (0.003240) per Share. 
 
 
The net cash outflow resulted from a reduced number of scheduled payments in 
December (5 scheduled payments vs. 10 in November and 16 in October) and the 
year end adjustment for actual expenses. 
 
 
In addition, in January 2010 the Company sold USD 9 mm (out of a total of USD 
29.352 mm) of its largest position, Gale Force 4 CLO, at a price of 43.00%. This 
position was valued at 39.08% in the December 2009 NAV calculation.
