                              Directors' Dealings

The following Directors of the Company have today exercised mature share options 
granted in 1996 under the Company's Unapproved Executive Share Option Scheme, 
over the number of 5p ordinary shares stated below:

Following these exercises, Mr Hulme and Mr Norris have today sold 500,000 and
300,000 5p ordinary shares, respectively, at 355p per share. The proceeds from
these disposals will, in part, be used to finance the costs of exercise and to
meet the tax liability arising on the exercise of the options.

Following these transactions the holdings of Mr Hulme and Mr Norris in the
ordinary share capital of the Computacenter plc remain unchanged at 41,862,764
shares (22.55%) and 1,685,212 shares (0.9%), respectively.
