The Company was advised today that on 30 September 2005 Mr Neil Gormley
purchased 250,000 new ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 2.543p per
share.  Mr Gormley's interest in the Company is now 3,432,081 new ordinary
shares representing 7.17% of the issued share capital of the Company
