Communication from company to shareholders! Is the management still breathing? How is the Endurion battery technology going? Are they still expecting Joint Development Agreements (JDAs), Material Evaluation Agreements (MEAs), and requests for material this year? Is it still working, and is somebody interested in it, or has it been shelved? How is the Core Optics part of the business going? Who are the real customers for their products and services? Are there any new customers? Is the Core Optics audit done? It looks like we are still in quiet times. If not, is there a problem? We know less today than we did earlier this year!

".Izmedia announced on the Financial Supervisory Service’s Electronic Disclosure System on the 9th that it will hold an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders on July 18.
At the general shareholders' meeting held on this day, in addition to the motion to dismiss former CEO Myung Joo-sung, a motion to newly appoint five internal directors was also tabled, including CEO Kim Seon-gi of Feast Global, Executive Director Kim Ho-seok of Izmedia, Representative Kang Seung-min of IzCCM, Director Terry Woo-seong-no of Irvine Asset LLC, and Director Kang Yong-don of Irvine Asia. "
"In November 2021, TPA Retail borrowed 913,062 shares of its stock from KNJ Invest Loan, using them as collateral, to secure 6 billion won in operating funds for Izmedia.
The problem is that a condition for the execution of the collateral was attached at the time of the loan, and that condition happened to be met. At that time, TPA Retail attached a condition that the collateral right would be exercised if the Izmedia stock price fell below 11,830 won. At that time, Izmedia’s stock price was 19,000 won, but it steadily fell thereafter." ( thats around 14 dollars a share and they had 44 million in revenue and were in the middle of good growth as a company before all this happened )

Yeah I concur. Here’s the question I asked Meta AI about the intrinsic value price ranges and the answer it gave.
Question for Meta AI:
A company has projected aggregate revenue of 8 million in fiscal 2024 and 16 million in fiscal 2025. The P/S ratio is not known but its industry is in the compact camera modules calibration technology. The current market cap is 17,718,922 Outstanding shares are 1,107,432,606. What is a reasonable valuation of the share price
Answer:
To estimate a reasonable valuation of the share price, we can use the Price-to-Sales (P/S) ratio of the industry. Based on the compact camera module calibration technology industry, a reasonable P/S ratio range is 2-4.
Let's calculate the estimated market capitalization for fiscal 2025:
Projected revenue (2025): $16 million
P/S ratio: 2-4
Estimated market capitalization: $32 million (2 x $16 million) to $64 million (4 x $16 million)
Since the current market capitalization is $17,718,922, which is lower than the estimated range, we can assume the company is undervalued.
To estimate the share price, we can divide the estimated market capitalization by the outstanding shares:
Estimated market capitalization (2025): $32 million to $64 million
Outstanding shares: 1,107,432,606
Estimated share price: $0.029 to $0.058
Considering the company's revenue growth and industry trends, a reasonable valuation of the share price could be around $0.04 to $0.06. However, please note that this is a rough estimate and should not be considered as investment advice.
