Bright Futures Group was informed on 12 August 2005, that Mr Neil Gormley and
connected parties acquired 50,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each, at a cost of
2.5 pence per share. This purchase increased the Neil Gormley and connected
parties interest in the capital of the Company to 2,397,081 ordinary shares of 5
pence each, representing 5.01% of the total issued share capital.
