                           Transactions in BDH shares


Burani Designer Holding N.V. ("BDH" or the "Company") announces that on 12 March
2008 it has purchased 28,800 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of Euro 5.71
per share for a total consideration of Euro 164,736.

As a result of this transaction, the Company currently holds  525,840 ordinary
shares in treasury.

The Company has ordinary shares in issue of  75,077,976 (excluding shares held
in treasury).
