                          Transactions in MBFG shares


Burani Designer Holding N.V. ("BDH" or the "Company") announces that it has sold
4,829 ordinary shares in Mariella Burani Fashion Group (MBFG) between 26
February 2008 and 4 March 2008 at an average price of Euro 16.83 per share for a
total consideration of Euro 81,294.

As a result of these transactions, BDH currently holds 17,662,834 ordinary
shares of MBFG, representing 59.06 % of the total outstanding shares of MBFG.
