                          Transactions in MBFG shares



Burani Designer Holding N.V. ("BDH" or the "Company") announces that it has sold
8.089 ordinary shares in Mariella Burani Fashion Group (MBFG) between 18 and 22
February 2008 at an average price of Euro 18.05 per share for a total consideration
of Euro 146,025.50.

As a result of these transactions, BDH currently holds 17,667,663 ordinary
shares of MBFG, representing 59.07 % of the total outstanding shares of MBFG.
