                           Transactions in BDH shares



Burani Designer Holding N.V. ("BDH" or the "Company") announces that on 28
December 2007 it has purchased 12,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price
of Euro6.87 per share for a total consideration of Euro 82,440.



As a result of this transaction, the Company currently holds  305,238 ordinary
shares in treasury.



The Company has ordinary shares in issue of  75,298,578 (excluding shares held
in treasury).
