                      Transactions in BDH and MBFG shares





Burani Designer Holding N.V. ("BDH" or the "Company") announces that on 21
December 2007 it has purchased 10,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price
of Euro6.2950 per share for a total consideration of Euro 62,950.

As a result of this transaction, the Company currently holds  278,238 ordinary
shares in treasury.

The Company has ordinary shares in issue of  75,325,578 (excluding shares held
in treasury).

Burani Designer Holding N.V. ("BDH" or the "Company") announces also that it has
purchased 95,410 ordinary shares in Mariella Burani Fashion Group (MBFG) between
19 December and 21 December 2007 at an average price of Euro18.1255 per share for a
total consideration of Euro 1,729,359. As a result of this transaction, BDH
currently holds 17,489,224 ordinary shares of MBFG, representing 58.48% of the
total outstanding shares of MBFG.
