                      Transactions in BDH and MBFG shares


Burani Designer Holding N.V. ("BDH" or the "Company") announces that on 20
December 2007 it has purchased 7,500 ordinary shares in the Company at a price
of Euro6.00 per share for a total consideration of Euro 45,000.

As a result of this transaction, the Company currently holds  268,238 ordinary
shares in treasury.

The Company has ordinary shares in issue of  75,335,578 (excluding shares held
in treasury).
