                      Transactions in BDH and MBFG shares



Burani Designer Holding N.V. ("BDH" or the "Company") announces that on 19
December 2007 it has purchased 400 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of
Euro6.04 per share for a total consideration of Euro 2,416.



As a result of this transaction, the Company currently holds 260,738 ordinary
shares in treasury.



The Company has ordinary shares in issue of 75,343,078 (excluding shares held in
treasury).
