                      Transactions in BDH and MBFG shares


Burani Designer Holding N.V. ("BDH" or the "Company") announces that on 18
December 2007 it has purchased 6,100 ordinary shares in the Company at a price
of Euro6 per share for a total consideration of Euro 36,600.


As a result of this transaction, the Company currently holds 260,338 ordinary
shares in treasury.


The Company has ordinary shares in issue of 75,343,478 (excluding shares held in
treasury)


On the same day the Company announces that it has purchased 259,788 ordinary
shares in Mariella Burani Fashion Group (MBFG) between 12 December and 18
December 2007 at an average price of Euro 18.91 per share for a total consideration
of Euro 4,912,699. As a result of this transaction, BDH currently holds 17,393,814
ordinary shares of MBFG, representing 58.16% of the total outstanding shares of
MBFG.
