    RECOMMENDED ACQUISITION OF BRAMLIN BY VICTORIA OIL & GAS PLC BY WAY OF SCHEME OF ARRANGEMENT 
    UNDER SECTION 105 OF THE COMPANIES (GUERNSEY) LAW, 2008 (AS AMENDED)

    RESULTS OF COURT MEETING HELD ON 5 DECEMBER 2008


    The directors of Bramlin are pleased to announce that, at the Court Meeting held today, the resolution contained in the notice of
meeting was passed by the requisite majority of shareholders. The Court Meeting resolution was decided by a poll.

    Subject to the Court sanctioning the Scheme, and the satisfaction or waiver of the other conditions to the Scheme, the Scheme is
expected to become effective on or about 12 December 2008.
