                        Sales and Marketing Arrangements

AeroBox is pleased to announce that it has opened a new sales office at John F
Kennedy International Airport in New York and that it has appointed four sales
agents. The New York office will be the base for two sales agents. The two other
sales agents will operate from their own offices in Europe and the Far East.
