Retirement of Chris Ambler
from the Board
The Company confirms that with effect from 1
March 2024, Chris Ambler has retired from his position as Director
of the Company as part of succession planning and board rotation.
Chris was appointed to the Board on 28 April 2015 and has served as
a Director of AGA for nearly nine years. Chris has been an
important contributor to AGA, and the Board has greatly valued his
input over the years. The Board would like to thank Chris for his
contribution and wish him all the best in his future
endeavours.
As announced by the Company on 2 October 2023,
the Board is pleased to announce that Karl Sternberg has been
formally appointed to the Board of AGA and as a member of the Audit
Committee with effect from 1 March 2024. Karl (or any person that
may be a connected party to Karl) has a beneficial interest in
19,000 shares of the Company at the date of this
announcement.
