Nettec plc announces that it was notified yesterday pursuant to the Companies
Act 1985 (as amended) and the rules on dealings by directors that Acquisitor
Holdings (Bermuda) Limited, a company in which Duncan Soukup is a director and
has a 20.5% interest, acquired yesterday 675,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each
in Nettec plc at 8 pence per share. Duncan Soukup is a Non-Executive Director of
Nettec plc.



Acquisitor Holdings (Bermuda) Limited now holds 31,052,529 ordinary shares in
the Company representing 25.67% of the issued share capital, at today's date, of
120,987,564 1p ordinary shares.
