ALTIN - Partial revision of Alpine Select AG's motion regarding a dividend distribution

Implementation of a due date

Baar, 7 March 2016 - ALTIN AG (SIX: ALTN, LSE: AIA) - The Board of Directors of ALTIN AG ("ALTIN"), informs that Alpine Select AG ("Alpine Select") has partially revised its motion relating to the proposed distribution of a gross dividend of CHF 68'994'120 (CHF 20 per share before deduction of 35% Swiss withholding tax) out of the retained earnings. Alpine Select proposes to pay out the dividend as per 31 July 2016 at the latest. Furthermore, Alpine Select requests a new auditors' report confirming that its revised motion is compliant with Swiss law.

The Board of Directors of ALTIN will examine the requests of Alpine Select and will communicate its position in due course.

The Extraordinary General Meeting will take place on 18 March.
