GlaxoSmithKline Capital plc Publication of Final Terms

The final terms dated 19 September 2023 (the "Final Terms") in respect of the issue by GlaxoSmithKline Capital plc of Yen42,500,000,000 Fixed Rate Notes due 21 September 2028 (the "Notes") is available for viewing.

The Notes will be guaranteed by GSK plc and will be issued under the GBP20,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme (the "Programme").
