                              Exercise of Options


Absolute Capital Management Holdings Limited (the 'Company') announces that it
has issued and allotted 562,500 Ordinary shares of Euro0.01 each at a price of
Euro0.24 per share, pursuant to an exercise of options by CSI Asset Management
Establishment ("CSI"). The exercise increases CSI's holding in the Company to
27,646,830 shares representing 51.08% per cent. of the issued share capital of
the Company. The Company was notified of the exercise of options by CSI on 11
July 2006 and an application for admission for trading of the shares on AIM will
be submitted shortly.


The total number of shares in issue following this exercise of options is
54,125,000
