I write to advise you that a meeting of Directors has been convened for
Wednesday 30th June 1999 to approve the Preliminary Announcement of results of
the Company, for the year to 28th March 1999.  The Preliminary Announcement will
then be released through the Stock Exchange immediately following the meeting.

The adjourned Annual General Meeting will be reconvened for Wednesday 28th July
1999.
