Publication of Final Terms - Amendments

The following are amendments to:

-- the Final Terms released on 26 March 2012 at 18:12 under RNS number 1123A in respect of the EUR300,000,000 4.375 per cent. Series 22 Tranche 3 Covered Bonds due 2018 (the Series 22 Tranche 3 Final Terms); and

   --        the Final Terms released on 24 May 2012 at 13:48 under RNS number 0552E in respect of the EUR117,500,000 4.375 per cent. Series 22 Tranche 4 Covered Bonds due 2018 (the Series 22 Tranche 4 Final Terms),

in each case under the EUR35 billion Global Covered Bond Programme of Abbey National Treasury Services plc:

1. The response to Item 6(a) "Series:" under Part A of the Series 22 Tranche 3 Final Terms is amended from:

"EUR1,100,000,000"

to:

"EUR1,400,000,000"

2. The response to Item 6(a) "Series:" under Part A of the Series 22 Tranche 4 Final Terms is amended from:

"EUR1,217,500,000"

to:

"EUR1,517,500,000"
