Amendment of Final Terms

The following Final Terms have been amended and restated in accordance with Condition 15(c) of the Warrants (as defined below) to correct the details of the Underlying Securities from Ordinary A Shares issued by Zhejiang Jingxin Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (ISIN: CNE000001K73) to Ordinary A Shares issued by Focus Media Information Technology Co., Ltd. (ISIN: CNE000001KK2) and make certain consequential changes (as further set out in the Final Terms):

Final Terms dated 9 June 2022 (as amended and restated on 1 September 2022) (the "Final Terms") for the 104,166,667 Market Access Warrants due June 2023 (ISIN: GB00BP985264) (the "Warrants") issued by HSBC Bank plc issued under its Programme for the Issuance of Notes and Warrants.
