Verecloud Announces Partnership with Belatrix Software Factory

Verecloud (OTCBB:VCLD), which enables communications service providers (CSPs) to capture market share in the emerging cloud computing services business, today announced a partnership with Belatrix Software Factory (BSF) to expand development of Verecloud’s groundbreaking Nimbus Xchange cloud services broker platform.

Belatrix Software Factory, a global provider of outsourced IT services, will provide staff and expertise to supplement Verecloud’s current Nimbus Xchange development work. Nimbus Xchange enables communications service providers to drive new revenue opportunities by becoming “cloud services brokers” to business customers, integrating a variety of cloud services with existing back-office systems.
