Rostock Announces Final Stage of Acquiring the Proximity Marketing Membership Platform, To Power iWeedz

(OTCBB:ROSV) (the "Company") After a month and a half of negotiating, Rostock acquires the full world wide exclusive rights to the iWeedz proximity membership platform technical information and trademarks necessary to commercialize the business. Rostock will compensate 4,000,000 restricted shares and 2% of the net revenues for the acquisition.
