Notice of the amendments to RusHydro 2013 financial calendar

JSC RusHydro (ticker symbol: MICEX-RTS, LSE: HYDR; OTCQX: RSHYY) announces that the date of publication of its audited consolidated financial statements under International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) for the 1^st quarter of 2013 has been moved to Thursday, July 4, 2013.

Further details of the earnings release and dial-ins will be announced closer to the date of publication.
