HONG KONG--Luxury retailer Prada S.p.A. (1913.HK) said after trading hours Friday that Donatello Galli has resigned as chief financial officer to pursue new career opportunities, and that Alessandra Cozzani is appointed CFO.

The Hong Kong-listed retailer said that Mr. Galli, whose resignation is effective immediately, doesn't have any disagreement with the board.
