LAS VEGAS, Jan. 20, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Pure
Hospitality Solutions, Inc., (OTC: PNOW) announced today, that the
Company has launched a non-toxic funding campaign, to raise
additional capital for Central American-Caribbean's online travel
hub, Oveedia.
"I have quickly come to find there are little to no friendly
public finance vehicles available, to adequately fund the Company's
development, without destroying market value and shareholder
confidence," stated Melvin Pereira,
President of Pure Hospitality Solutions, Inc. "We have therefore
moved to raise money for PURE's technology initiatives, in a
relatively private fashion – launching a non-toxic funding campaign
to get us there."
Management indicated that Pure Hospitality Solutions has
initiated the following:
- Courting long term investments – two to three year horizon;
and,
- Launch multiple crowd funding campaign initiatives –
$1,000,000+ in 2015
Mr. Pereira continued, "We are currently working with an
investor who is evaluating the Oveedia business model, and has in
good faith, invested 5% of their proposed investment amount. We
have also launched one of several crowd funding campaigns to secure
other strategic, non-toxic capital. So, we are indeed well on our
way."
Management indicated, in an attempt to help stave off the
toxicity of legacy debt, the Company is also approaching smaller
debt holders with an offer to structure more favorable terms;
hoping to stimulate (i) additional long-term capital investments,
and, (ii) stagnating current note convertibly.

with ensuring Oveedia's timely launch, I am positive that our crowd
funding initiatives will quickly find traction and do well to
