Other Events.

On October 15, 2019, Infinite Group, Inc. (“IGI”) issued a press release announcing a distribution agreement with Staples Inc. to sell its Nodeware™ vulnerability management solution through the Staples B2B solutions division. The text of that press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference herein.
