company. Demissie will be in charge of business development and
oversee the manufacturing of electronic cigarettes, especially
white label/OEM branding services for U.S. and International
distributors and maintain compliance for other electronics the
company develops.
Having worked for such leading semiconductor companies as NEC
and Philips Semiconductors, Demissie brings over 20 years of
wireless experience with CDMA and GSM Technologies. Samuel holds
both a Masters and a Bachelor Degree in Economics from the
University of Cincinnati, ranked as one
of America's top 25 public research universities.
Demissie said, "We will be developing new standards to enhance
the quality of electronic cigarettes and heighten the consumer
