HeadsUp Entertainment International Inc. (PINK SHEETS: HDUP) is pleased to announce that it has successfully launched the beta test of its online poker television network www.canadianpokerplayer.tv. This beta launch features programming produced by HeadsUp from the Canadian Open Poker Championships featuring poker pros Gavin Smith, Joe Hachem, Antonio Esfandiari, Brad Booth, Phil Laak, Jennifer Tilly and Huckleberry Seed. The next step for HeadsUp will be to test network capabilities to ensure proper streaming and functionality of the site and allow the Company to continue to add additional sponsors to the video rotation. Additional programming produced by the Company will also be incorporated including the Stampede Classic, the inaugural Canadian Open Poker championships and documentary programming from the Canadian Poker Tour Invitational Finals in the Dominican Republic.

Positioning itself now as a content aggregator, HeadsUp anticipates hosting over 150 hours of poker programming for the full launch of the network and is currently negotiating airtime deals with a number of providers. In addition, original programming focusing on the Canadian Poker Tour and poker in general in Canada is being produced and will help to round out the programming schedule to educate, inform and entertain its viewers.
